I always prefer Victoria's Secret for the easy and comfort wear. Find perfect fit for myself. I love the material of the clothing, it's super soft and never feels harsh on the skin. Great discounts are available all the time. I am so much happy with my purchase.

I bought a great swimsuit online, very fashionable and comfortable to wear. The payment and delivery went without any problems, it was fast and professionally handled.

Their Pure Seduction Shimmer lotion is one of my favorites. Excellent quality. Very good in-store customer service.

Quality of clothing is getting worse, while L Brands closed a bunch of VS stores. They tried to appease the body shamers by hiring more "body positive" models, it didn't work. Its not like watching a fat woman dance ballet where you just watch unbelievably, its just cringe for VS, and best for something like Lane Bryant or Torrid. If you do find something online that strikes your fancy I would suggest skipping down to an actual store closest by. Rather then going online, because its not convenient as customer service online is really bad most of the time here.

I ordered loungewear thinking the quality was going to be good, because it was not cheap, but not. Poor quality-price relation.

I’m very disappointed with the quality of VS today. Probably, it is because they were desperate and couldn’t handle so much expenses?

I have not been to this store since the pandemic has stated. I was slightly upset due to the selection being smaller then I am use to seeing. (I understand with the pandemic going on there will be less.) It was more of a shock, then anything. The girls where help full still and explained if it could not be found at the store it could be found on line. I am hoping with that being said that the store doesn't leave the mall due to lack of merchandise in the store itself. I am one of the people who like to feel fabric before I purchase it. Also see the product up close may look different then it dose on a model on line. The store was very pandemic friendly. :)

I ordered a pair of the essential studio leggings that were unfortunately a little too large for me, I printed a returns label and went to several different collect+ locations attempting to return the leggings. No one would accept the label or send the parcel for me. I contacted VS thinking that they would email me another label to try, instead they issued a full refund with their apologies for the trouble. This is the most amazing customer service team who are only too willing to help. Thank you VS for your assistance.

I have become even more impressed with this company with recent interactions.I ordered some beauty products as Valentine’s gifts for some family members, they sent out a tracking number within 2 days but the package showed no signs of travel. I was concerned that the items wouldn’t arrive on time for the occasion. I called customer service and representative was so cheerful and helpful. She offered a few different options and ended up sending me a duplicate order through expedited shipping which arrived within 2 days, I have them ready for Valentine's Day. The products were nicely packed and protected with padded bags. Everything was perfect. In these days it feels like customer service is lacking and the quality of products have declined, So when a company delivers above and beyond it makes it easy to become a loyal consumer. I have tried their sister company Bath and Body Works but I simply like Victoria's fragrances and products better. Victoria’s Secret Online is great, I’m happy to support them through the pandemic and more.

Oh, I love this website. They offer so many interesting and attractive items.And the prices are not as high as I thought.

I loved their perfumes, the smell is not so strong and it stays for a long period of time. Will continue using their perfumes, highly recommended.
